Lord Carmichael All-Saints is the General in charge of Wheyrune's Light-Bearers, who are the protectors of the Noctorions.

Lord Carmichael All-Saints, the stern captain of the the The Light-Bearers. Reported to have been born into a low-born family, he worked his way up through the ranks of Wheyrune's guards, earning the staunch respect of his comrades along the way.

Following the events of 'the Grounding' in 1026, Carmichael dedicated the rest of his career to the protection of the "The best shot Solaris has at surviving", the scholars located throughout @wh.

In 1065, Lord Carmichael formed The Light-Bearers, an elite guard unit under the express request of Squire Clement, whose sole purpose is the protection and continued maintenance of the Noctorions.
