Squire Clement Fairbellow (a.k.a. Squire Clement)
Current residing as the interim mayor of Wheyrune, Squire Clement is a populist leader who has strived to rebuild Wheyrune following 'The Grounding' and the degradation of the city in its populations absence.
While appealing to the common people he has earned the respect of workers and artisans alike, but with tensions constantly high underground he has also promoted Lord Carmichael All-Saints. head of the The Light-Bearers, as his right-hand and militaristic advisor.

Squire Clement is often seen with a small sparrow that accompanies him in public appearances. Publicly dubbed as 'Brindle' due to its slightly discolored feather colors, he has become a public symbol of the hope to return to nature.
Wealth & Financial state
Squire Clement is known to be extremely altruistic, often seen visiting the worship sites of Paria and distributing alms among the poorer districts of Wheyrune. He differentiates himself from many nobility by presenting himself in tidy, but not fancy, clothing with typically no clear display of jewlery.
Formally given the personal title of 'Squire', during the rule of the late Lady Rhiannon Vorn, Clement worked as the personal secretary to the Queens coffers. Following her passing, and the crowning of High Duke Kaelen Vorn, he kept his title of Squire, although now unofficial, as an act of respect and perpetual servitude towards the past Duchess.
