Supporting Cast
  • Garrek The Inn Keeper
    * Garrek is a grizzled, middle-aged human male with a barrel chest and a permanent scowl etched into his weathered face. His bald head gleams in the dim light of the Angel’s Wing, and an old, leather-bound eye patch covers his left eye—an injury he refuses to speak about in detail. His thick arms and scarred knuckles betray a life of combat, even as he moves with surprising ease behind the bar. He wears simple but well-maintained clothing, favoring a heavy apron and sturdy boots, with a well-used sword displayed above the bar as a reminder of his past.

Session 1 - Into the wilds

The lands of Caliban are a vast, shadow-haunted realm dominated by ancient, oppressive forests that stretch endlessly across the horizon. Twisted trees with gnarled branches form a near-constant canopy, choking the sunlight and casting the land in perpetual gloom. This dense wilderness teems with danger—monstrous beasts, malevolent spirits, and the remnants of an ancient curse that twists reality deep within the woods. Only a few bastions of civilization cling to survival on the forest's fringes. Villages like Thornhaven stand as fragile fortresses, their walls barely holding back the encroaching wilds. Travelers speak in hushed tones of eerie whispers carried on the wind, and paths that shift and change as though alive. The line between myth and truth here is perilously thin. Yet, for all its dangers, Caliban is a land of opportunity and legend. Its forests hold ancient ruins, long-forgotten treasures, and powerful artifacts hidden beneath the overgrown roots of time. Those brave enough to face its darkness can find both wealth and renown, though many have been swallowed by the shadows without a trace. The people of Caliban are tough, superstitious, and resourceful, relying on skilled hunters, rangers, and the occasional wandering adventurer to protect their settlements. As the mists thicken and rumors of dark omens grow, all eyes turn to the wilderness. Something stirs in the heart of the forest, and soon, your party will be called to face whatever horrors awaken within Caliban's endless shadows.

Journals
In a world forged from the light of the stars, the Golden Being shaped Tyranor as his greatest creation—a realm of unity, glory, and boundless potential. Yet, his chosen sons, tasked with guiding this paradise, fell into conflict, their ambitions and pride fracturing the very land they swore to protect. Now, Tyranor lies divided, its kingdoms scarred by war, its forests and seas haunted by ancient power, and its skies heavy with the echoes of a forsaken god.   As whispers of forgotten relics and rising shadows stir once more, adventurers must rise to untangle the threads of destiny. Will you uncover the truth of Tyranor’s past, reclaim its scattered glory, or watch as the world succumbs to the sins of its fallen star-born rulers?
