Seraphim
The Seraphim also called the Seraphs, the 1st. celestials, the perfect beings, the pinnacle race, & the heavenly conquerors where one of the Old Ones made by Zelgius God Of Order born from his blood and tasked with bringing the world. They where one of the fabled benevolent old ones, known to be the origin for the Celestial race but besides that they where lost to history as eons past after their demise.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Seraphim are tall & beautiful humanoid celestials with gorgeous wings, silver eys, silky alluring hair.
Biological Traits
The Seraphim had many traits that put them above the eidolons in natural talent. They had gorgeous wings that could be used for high speed flight and the feathers could be detached and moved telekinetically, high strength, high durability, a strong healing factor, regeneration, immunity to poisons & diseases, and increased life-span. Their greatest power was ascension which allowed them to gain more wings & power through feeding their angelic spark.
All seraphim and by extension all celestials have an angelic spark a small piece of divinity that fuels their ascension & other angelic power if this spark where to be removed or corrupted the seraphim would fall. They had stronger souls than other people having higher spirit reserves that grew even more vast when they ascend this also means that with each ascension they gain another miracle having 3 by the time they have 6 wings, they also had innate affinity for channeling their spirit using other techniques with their spirit besides blocking damage & healing they could give spirit to others, establish telepathic links with others & even subvert the will those the seraphim is bonded to through the manipulation of their souls, these strong souls did mean they where more attractive to soulless. The seraphim all had holy eyes that could emit holy light lethal to the soulless & unlike their descendants the seraphim could use their eyes without exhaustion due to their pure celestial genes this ability, these eyes were a beloved trait to the seraphim only being lost when the seraphim was tainted.
Seraphim weren't all the same genetically seraphim are each born genetically emulating an aspect or domain of divinity, Seraphim come in many types inferno, ocean, mountain, zephyr, light, war, life, storm, knowledge, sun, death, grave, ice, ect. The seraphim had the ability to innately cast spells emulating the aspect they were born as storm seraphim could cast wind & lightning spells, sun seraphim could cast fire & light spells ect. Seraphim of each subtype had abilities unique to each subtype knowledge seraphim could understand any language, inferno seraphim could make wells of fire, death seraphim could cause instant death, light seraphim could dispel illusions & move at literal light speed ect.
Genetics and Reproduction
Seraphim can reproduce sexually having a quick gestation period of 1 week. Seraphim typically have more than 1 offspring usually up to 3 at a time.
Growth Rate & Stages
Seraphim reach childhood in 1 month of life & then after 1 year are at the physical maturity of humans. Once Seraphim become 18 years of age they are in a metamorphosis like state where if they prove themselves in ritualistic combat they can grow in power. If a Seraphim doesn't reach the pinnacle they will have a lifespan of 200 years with one set of wings or 400 years with 2 sets of wings.

The seraphim are a noble warrior race who live to fight and prove their rite to exist through their strength.
Seraphim Ascension Process
The seraphim all seek to grow in power through gaining more wings this is done by abiding by the philosophy of their deity woven into their bodies and souls the law of order although others call it chain law a philosophy that dictates that to survive to the end of days one must not kill all in their way like the blood law but rather life must be a unified force chained to the beings of perfection. This evolution can only occur if seraphim have their wings, without it their connection to Zelgius is severed. A seraphim grows when they enact their god's ideology upon the world with enough they gain more wings. This ideology has three core principles chain, grace, & death. The principle of chain makes a seraphim grow when they bind others to their souls making it possible to subvert their will and make them work for the betterment of the cosmos under their command binding beasts, their lessers, and other races triggers this principle. The principle of death makes a seraphim grow when they slay those who stand in opposition to the seraphim and by extension the good of the cosmos, killing soulless and other races that their deity abhors triggers this principle. The principle of grace makes a seraphim grow when they nurtured the land around them making it lush and vegetative.Combat
The Seraphim adore the idea of combat using their weapons, armor, spirit, & miracles to crush and dominate their foes all for the sake of their order. They dislike the idea of fighting someone weaker than they are & when they have to they will often subdue them with their spirit chain technique. The seraphim fight with honor, they won't fight someone who is unarmed or weaker than them. Seraphim rarely fight together due to their belief in their own strength and want to ascend to higher heights only when ordered will they fight in large groups. They have many tactics built to deal with specific creatures and environments developed by the war seraphim. Seraphim never fight on the ground always in the air or on their ortho mounts the only time they go on the ground is to use one of their many tactics.Tactics
- Shine Blind: A tactic used for mass amounts of radiant light from their eyes typically for large groups of souless although it can render others blind.
- Scorch Spots: A tactic used by Inferno seraphim to make zones of scorching flames typically for dealing with large groups of enemies close together. Scorch Spots aren't used for large scale destruction due to their love of nature and the land.
- Flame Curtain: A larger form of scorch spots where the entire battlefield is wreathed in flames burning enemies on a large scale.
- Binding Vines: Typically used in forests, jungles, & grasslands using vines to restrain others pinning them down.
- Updraft: Used by the zephyr seraphim to launch ground enemies into the air knocking them off balance & setting them up to fall from high heights.
- Downdraft: Used by the zephyr seraphim to push airborne enemies and other grounded units to the ground pinning them to the ground.
- Wind Tunnel: Used by the zephyr seraphim suctioning those in range into a large group together.
- Thermobaric Wrath: A collaborative tactic between inferno seraphim and zephyr seraphim using wind and fire blasts to cause thermobaric blasts as the fire absorbs oxygen and lets loose a larger concussive blast that wrecks structures and objects.
- Whirlpool: A tactic used by ocean seraphim in the water that functions like wind tunnel pulling those in range to the bottom of the waves.
- High Tide: A tactic used by the ocean seraphim where a wave of water pushes back enemies and knockes them down.
- Undertow: A tactic used by ocean seraphim where tentacles made of water pull enemies into the water to drown.
- Sky's Sadness: A tactic used by storm seraphim where can control the clouds and wind to make rainstorms.
- Sky's Wrath: A tactic used by storm seraphim where they summon powerful bolts of lightning from the sky.
- EMP: A tactic used by storm seraphim where they use magnetism to disable mechs and electronics.
- Synaptic Static: A tactic used by storm seraphim where they use magnetism to disrupt the synaptic activity in someone's brain making it harder to think and act.
- Shine Strike: A tactic used by light seraphim moving at light speed to strike incredibly hard multiple times.
- Light Bend: A tactic used by light seraphim bending light to make Illusions to fool others in combat.
- Fissure: A tactic used by mountain seraphim making large cracks in the earth to cause others to fall. Fissures are used to dispatch of mechs and other enemies.
- Stonewall: A tactic used by mountain seraphim making large horizontal walls of stone to block gunfire.
- Stone Slab: An offshoot of stone wall making large slabs of stone to float around the seraphim blocking damage.
- Stone Shard Field: A tactic used by mountain seraphim making many shards of stone to shred the ground.
- Firewall: A tactic used by Inferno seraphim making walls of fire to kill those who run through the flames.
- Icewall: A tactic used by glacier seraphim making large horizontal walls of ice rarely used by the templar order just to defend lonefall.
- Stone Maiden: A tactic used by mountain seraphim in stone tunnels making stone spikes that peirce anyone in the tunnel.
- Ice Slab: An offshoot of ice wall making large slabs of ice to block incoming damage.
- Ice Shard Field: A tactic used by glacier seraphim making many ice shards to shred an area.
- Radiant Wall: A tactic used by seraphim soldiers firing a line of radiant bolts from their spears.
- Celestial Volley: A tactic used by seraphim cavalry using their orthos to fire explosive orbs of radiant energy in a large volley.
- Spirit Barrier: A tactic used by seraphim soldiers combining their spirit to make large barrier fields.
Relationship & Reproduction
To the seraphim a romantic relationship exists only to make other warrior for their empire and they should increase the odds of a strong offspring. Seraphim with 2 to 3 sets of wings have a high chance to form a relationship due to their renown while a seraphim with one set of wings won't get the affection of another. The concept of monogamy is lost to the seraphim it's not uncommon for a male seraphim to have multiple wives making 2 to 3 children with each per pregnancy. Seraphim relationships where called flocks and their sex would involve all members of the flock lasting for hours due to the high stamina of seraphim.Parenting & Education
The seraphim would teach their children with the little time they had how to play their role perfectly. Seraphim boys where taught by their fathers in the way of a warrior while the females where raised by their mothers in the female roles of seraph society. This lasts for nearly a year until their fully mature.Dietary Needs and Habits
Seraphim regardless of gender have a high need for sustenance due to their superhuman physiology. They require ×3 the nutrition of normal humans, still being omnivorous. If a Seraphim goes without food or water for 1 month their bodies will become weaker being unable to perform extreme physical activity or use their spirit which would extend to the use of their miracles.

The seraphim adhere to a strict hierarchy where everyone has their role that they must fulfill for the purpose of efficiency, order, & prosperity in the seraph empire. There are many ranks in the seraph empire thrones, virtues, powers, angels, arc angels, dominions, principalities, ect.
The seraphim take pride in their standing, renown, and position being more adored in their society based on their rank and how many wings they have. Seraphim are a noble warrior society that values strength & efficiency above leading to the males taking on physical roles & the females are in other roles of the seraph empire. They highly value their sanctity and purity shunning those who don't reflect that purity.
Seraphim Hierarchy
- Thrones: The thrones are leaders of seraphim cities the strongest throne being seraphiel & uriel leading the capital of the seraph empire. Thrones delegates many roles in their cities to other ranks.
- Grand Powers: Grand Powers lead large division of the seraph empire templar order that act as generals in the outer walls leading armies in battle into battle. This role is always given to male seraphim who rise through the ranks of the order of pneuma, these males are always pinnacle having 6 wings on their back.
- High Powers: High Powers are lower than the grand powers acting as lutenents to grand powers, this rank is held by male seraphim typically with 4 wings.
- Powers: Powers are the lowest rank of templar in the seraph order typically made of male seraphim with one set of wings.
- Angels: Angels are a type of seraphim soldier separate from the powers typically freelance warriors who work around the globe. It's possible that female seraphim can become angels as being powers are reserved for the stronger variant.
- Arc Angels: A rank higher than angel held by seraphim with six wings like a grand power. These seraphim are highly expensive and sought out as mercenaries in the world.
- Grace: A rank held by seraphim of nature who manipulate nature to the will of the seraph empire. They alter forest, plains, and other ecosystems to house seraphim settlements. Their magic is used to command earth for mining.
- Maidens: Healers in seraphim society always female using their innate healing magic to aid in seraphim society as well as other vassals of seraphim. They could mend wounds, cure ailments, and remove curses being beloved seraphim society. Maidens would go to umbronis to aid the eidolons as they would frequently get injured however once 50 maidens vanished angels where dispatched with maidens to defend her.
- Virtues: Preist & preistesses of zelgius holding sermons, performing miracles and other religious acts. They host weddings, speak at funerals, blessing weapons and armors.
- Dominions: Dominions are 4 winged seraphim who controls the guard division of the order of pneuma acting as captains in a force of hundreds of other seraphim soldiers.
- Principalities: Principalities also called principles are typically seraphim of magic & knowledge charged with the study, accumulation, and usage of knowledge. These seraphim are scholars, scientists, teachers, and researchers. Principalities often cooperate with the eidolons and to avoid what happened to the maidens angels are dispatched to keep them safe.
- The Bound: Those who are bound to another seraphim by their souls via a technique with their spirit. These are criminal eidolon, disgraced and wingless seraphim, arachnus, and other races bound by their souls. They are used for labor, the creation of weapons and armor, and other tasks.
- Cherubim: A celestial creature made by the terra-sphere during the old war. The roles of these beings were to bond to seraphim making them stronger through a connection to the grace. A cherub would ensure that their host would come back from death, heal their host, manipulate technology and hack.
Seraphim Subtypes
- War Seraphim: Seraphim born with the aspect of war, these seraphim are hardy, innately masterful with weaponry, and have sharp metallic feathers they can wreath in orange fire. These seraphim are given positions of physical power like as powers, angles, & dominions. Female seraphim are rarely born with the war aspect when they are they can't become soldiers rarely being guards and angels most of the time they leave photonis to find some standing in umbronis but aren't heard from again.
- Inferno Seraphim: Seraphim born with the aspect of fire these seraphim are resistant to fire, have control over fire, & can wreath their bodies in bright orange fire. Inferno seraphim of either gender typically become a grace to use their power to destroy, only male inferno seraphim where in physical duties their flames being incredibly powerful on the battlefield.
- Sun Seraphim: Seraphim born with the aspect of the sun these seraphim are incredibly powerful rivaling the war seraphim. Sun Seraphim could wreath their bodies in starfire, use thunder & flames, breath in the vaccum of space, and shed sunlight. Sun seraphim typically go on expeditions in deep space to learn of new worlds for the seraph empire.
- Moon Seraphim: Seraphim born with the aspect of the moon being the opposite of the sun seraphim. These seraphim can shed moonlight, heal others, and command the blood in someone's body. Moon seraphim are one of the heritic seraphim exiled from the seraph empire in the isolated city of lonefall for their blood bending abilities.
- Life Seraphim: Seraphim born with the aspect of life being highly defensive but lacking in offensive capabilities. Female life seraphim always become maidens making their jobs to be healers, while male life seraphim become soldiers or virtues. Life seraphim are beloved by the seraph empire and it was highly looked into when 50 maidens vanished.
- Death Seraphim: Seraphim born with the aspect of death itself being darker, causing death as they move plants and animals drop dead in their wake, they can raise the dead making undead, and can siphon life-force with a touch. Death seraphim also called fallen seraphim lack the ability to use holy eyes or any ability they previously had while pure and like moon seraphim where exiled from the seraph empire to the city of lonefall. Any seraphim that loses their angelic spark or corrupts it becomes a fallen seraphim & their curative properties disappear.
- Ocean Seraphim: Seraphim born with the aspect of water these seraphim can walk on water breath underwater, command the waves and speak to marine life. These seraphim are typically given the role of grace specifically in marine exploration and excavation. Ocean seraphim rarely become soldiers and if they are they are stationed near the water.
- Glacier Seraphim: Seraphim born with the aspect of cold & ice these seraphim are resistant to cold, can survive in cold climates, produce cold and ice, and are incredibly cold to the touch. Seraphim of the glacier aspect are the only seraphim who can go much longer without food. These seraphim where exiled from the seraph empire to lonefall and other places of the world.
- Mountain Seraphim: Seraphim born with the aspect of earth and are typically used in the templar order if there male & in the grace force if there female. These seraphim are resistant to weapons and arrows, can control the earth, soil, stone, & crystals. As templars they use their magic to make stone walls and encase others in stone as graces they move stone in caves, mountains, for mining and the production of tunnel networks. They get gems and other materials for the seraph empire.
- Zephyr Seraphim: Seraphim born with the aspect of wind these seraphim are swift, fast, & mobile using wind to propel themselves faster through the air.nSeraphim of the wind aspect become angels regardless of gender being beloved by the seraph empire and the argus empire.
- Storm Seraphim: Born from zephyr seraphim these seraphim are born with the aspect of storms they have many abilities like the zephyr seraphim but also have resistance to lightning, the power to control magnetic fields, can control neuro-electricy, & can control lightning summoning lightning bolts from the sky. These seraphim are typically angels using weapons and ammunition made with silver to magnify electricity. The storm seraphim are one of the most popular seraphim on divonis.
- Nature Seraphim: Seraphim born with the aspect of nature typically from life seraphim parents nature seraphim can command plant life, commune with animals, and use healing spells. These seraphim are typically graces regardless of gender being fourist, alchemist, gardeners, beast tamers, and famers. Nature seraphim rarely see combat or get more than 1 set of wings.
- Knowledge Seraphim: Seraphim born with the aspect of knowledge and aren't really combative seraphim having the power to comprehend languages, photographic memory, and the ability to learn at a faster rate than most. Knowledge seraphim are typically principalities being scholars, scientist, engineers, teachers, etc. These seraphim are close to the eidolons working together for better technology during the grey pact.
- Arcane Seraphim: Seraphim born with the aspect of arcane magic having an affinity for arcane magic, understanding of arcane works & invocations. These seraphim where natural wizards and frequently conversed with eidolons to gain more in a different type of magic. These seraphim where all slain during the grey hunt for suspicious of breeding with eidolons believing that their frequent contact was evidence of this treasonous act.
- Serenity Seraphim: An offshoot of war seraphim born with the aspect of peace these seraphim where charismatic and used that to avoid combat, they thought of combat & violence as trivial & only brought more suffering. Serenity seraphim despite abhoring combat will defend themselves bearing the same physicality as war seraphim they will rarely become soldiers and rather opt for virtues and diplomats. These seraphim have a soothing voice that calms down hostiles although it doesn't work on the souless. These seraphim where outcasts of the seraph empire for their hate for combat.
- Light Seraphim: One of the strongest seraphim born with the aspect of light, they can shed bright light from their wings, move at light speed, discern lies, and use momentum to increase their physical damage through the speed. These seraphim typically become angels, & powers using their power to gain standing in the seraph empire.
Uses, Products & Exploitation
The seraphim are too useful for their own good as their parts are useful for many things. Their hair & saliva could be used as aphrodisiacs, their hearts could be used for longevity potions, their flesh for cuisine, blood for healing potions, bones for enriched bone meal ect.

The seraphim bear lower intellect than the eidolons but they are as intelligent as humans & the seraphim have innate understanding of spirit channeling and manipulation, how to use their holy eyes, innately casting their spells, & using their miracles.

Seraphim have enhanced senses of sight, smell, & touch allowing them to have knowledge of their environment and those positioned in it.

Born during the old war by the terra-sphere at the behest of zelgius himself. The cherubim also called cherubs would posses solid material as shells and bond to a seraphim able to continually ressurect them and allow them to weaponize the gardener's grace.Ortho

- The Seraph Empire: The main empire built by the seraphim during the old times lead by grand throne seraphiel & grand throne uriel.
- Children Of Zelgius: Also called the church of zelgius Is the main clergy of zelgius & made up of seraphim. The seraph empire & the children of zelgius where technically synonymous with each other with the clergy growing into a theocratic empire.
- Order Of Pneuma: The templar order of the seraph empire originally lead by seraphiel before he relinquished leadership to his friend abaddon. The order of pneuma has acted to aid the seraph empire for thousands of years taking over the entirety of photonis, eliminating the arachnus threat, being a powerful force against the undead of the pale crisis, & fighting to the bitter end in the old war. Leadership of the order of pneuma went from abaddon to his son yharim after horus was executed by his son during the grey hunt for breeding with the eidolons.
- The White Scribes: A scholars guild acting as the central for the accumulation and usage of knowledge lead by metatron. The scribes are responsible for the advancement of the seraph empire in terms of their education, technology, and battle tactics.
- Team Soul: A team of arc angels lead by solaris who where a powerful force during the old times doing work in both photonis and umbronis.
- Team O.T.A.B: A team of arc angel who where the first team of the seraph empire lead by osiris with the other members being thera, baraqeil, & azreal. This team was a powerful force operating before the order of pneuma was fully organized. The team despite it's power slowly fell apart when osiris vanished on an expedition, baraqeil & thera where murdered by azreal who was also executed for his crimes.

Seraphim who followed their roles where beautiful in society and those who would deviate would go to lonefall.
Gender Ideals
Male seraphim where usually seen as the pinnacle in their society being taken more seriously in public with other seraphim. They have to be in roles that involve combat due to their superior strength & skill.
Female Seraphim where expected to follow their male seraphim wherever they would go being supportive towards them. A female seraphim would be in more supportive roles in their society.
Courtship Ideals
Seraphim have a courting ritual visible to all & binds the two together assuming the male could dominate the female.
- The male would express attraction through his wings & eyes glowing brightly enough for all to see
- If the female was open to the idea her eyes & wings would also glow starting the soul bonding
- The two seraphim would approach each other holding both hands as their spirit enveloped their bodies and began to fluctuate as a fight for dominance would ensue
- The color that is most apparent during the struggle is seen as having the upper hand and the female seraphim becomes one of the male's lovers if his spirit completely envelopes her binding their souls.
Relationship Ideals
A male seraphim was always seen as the dominant in the relationship & had more standing in seraphim society if they had more than one female Seraphim. A male seraphim was expected to have a tight hold on the souls of his lovers. A female seraphim was expected to stand by their partner until death.
Average Technological Level
The seraphim have reached a technological level standing as a distant second from the eidolons. They primarily used their spirit to power & operate their technology due to their high spirit reserves this was a trivial flaw sending it through their firmamium infrastructure. Their crowning achievement besides the one that ended the world eternity was the ophanim celestial constructions that could burn entire regions.
Argenite Beacons & Torches
A bright blue crystal made from the crystalization of seraphim eyes capable of containing and emmiting the same holy light the seraphim can. This crystal is used in the form of torches to ward their territory from the soulless & their beacons do the same but at a larger range.Seraph Energy & Infrastructure
The seraphim's infrastructure is made with firmamium a heavily dense and durable metal that is a great conduit for spirit. The gates and seige weapons are powered by spirit as a seraphim makes contact with the gate a small portion of spirit is drained to open the gates & power the seige weapons.The Chayot Womb
The chayot was a science that the seraphim began using during the old war to make life like the eidolons did. They were not as adept at making life as the eidolons everyone they made died but eternity was the only successful creation.Seraph Armaments
- Seraph Armor: The armor they use for all seraphim soldiers incredibly durable and capable of channeling spirit into arcs of radiant energy due to being made of firmamium. This armor is made in many grades for various troops for powers, high powers, grand powers, ortho mounts, dominions, maidens, angels, arc angels, ect. Firmamium armor was durable enough to block mundane weapons and gunfire, it's ability to convert spirit into radiant energy could hurt souless that made physical contact.
- Seraph Shield: A shield used by the guard of the seraph empire round parma shields that block incoming damage.
- Seraph Greatshield: A sheild used by the high & grand powers of the order of pneuma more durable that the typical seraph shield. Large and triangular shaped it allows the use of seraph spears & javelins.
Seraph Weapons
The weapons of the seraph empire made with firmamium golden weapons with a glowing bluish-white trim when spirit is channeled through them. The weapons are incredibly sharp cutting through flesh and souless and when spirit is channeled through it these weapons can fire bolts of radiat energy and bear radiant energy with every strike.- Seraph Spear: The most common weapon of the templar order, 8ft. long golden spears that bear a glowing bluish-white trim firing bolts of radiant energy from the tip.
- Seraph Lance: A powerful weapon of the seraph empire weilded by seraph centurions and cavalry firing explosive bolts of radiant energy stronger than the seraph spear.
- Seraph Broadsword: A common weapon of the seraph empire used by seraph guard & can be charged with radiant energy.
- Seraph Claymore: A weapon used by the dominions of a 10ft. long heavy broadsword which can be charged with radiant energy for powerful slashes.
- Seraph Javelin: A weapon used by the high powers in the order of pneuma 10ft. long heavy javelins that fire radiant bolts at higher succession that the seraph spear.
- Seraph Swordspear: A grand weapon given to the grand powers in the order of pneuma, 12ft. long heavy spears that can be driven deep into the flesh of an enemy capable of impaling those who are stuck with it at high speeds. This weapon can fire beams of light from their spear tip capable of peircing metal & stone.
- Redemption Turret: One of the seige weapons of the seraph empire large sentry turrets that fire bolts of radiant energy at quick succession. The sound of these turrets could be heard from miles away and where great for defending areas from the souless.
Seraph Ships
- Devas: Dropships of the seraph empire used to transport up to 500 seraphim per ship into battle. They where typically used to bring soldiers to other world for conquering. The devas where highly durable and could fire radiant beams from their cannons.
- Salvation: Battleships in the seraph empire detaching from the main seraph fleet and firing radiant salvos on large areas. The salvation where powerful ships in the seraph fleet being able to kill up to 350 before they needed to retreat.
- Tetramorph: A battleship made with ether of fire, earth, wind, & water these ships could use all four elements in tandem. They wreathed areas in fire, pushed back airborne souless with wind, causing powerful waves, and making stone spikes. Tetramorphs where near unstoppable in the war due to their versatility and power.
- Ophanim: The most powerful warship in the seraph empire a colossal mothership half as large as the terra-sphere, covered in eyes, & can use holy light beams that made holy fire spread across the land. - Weapons & Combat: Seraphim warriors have their weapons visible & holstered always ready to strike. When seraphim challenge each other they present their arms planting them into the ground to initiate combat. Seraphim in combat fight with nobility and honor they may not agree to combat if they believe their opponent is weak making many female seraphim not taken seriously when they attempt to initiate combat, they won't fight an unarmed opponent, & won't fight to the death unless ordered to or the match is to the death.
- Male & Female Seraphim: A male seraphim is expected to lead his group of lovers in public to act as a strong leader and shield. The male is also expected to keep control over his lovers through the use of the soul bond as it's dishonorable to physically dominate.

War & other battle Seraphim where expected to remain in armor when in public to show their commitment to defending their Empire. Knowledge Seraphim would wear robes & have a tome on their waste. History
The 1st. Generation of seraphim came from the blood of zelgius and after the "silver trail" built their society, clergy, & empire. From then on the seraph empire was built with the seraphim king & queen seraphiel & uriel holding control for thousands of years. The seraphim forge a pact with the eidolons for the betterment of their kind & developed their new technological advancements.
Eventually when nephilim began to be born the seraphim began to hunt them and other seraphim who made them. Eventually war broke out between the seraphim and eidolons which lead to the creation of eternity. The race was eventually wiped out after the great calamity leaving the seraphim dead for eons.
The race was ressurectd through the celestial beings called the cherubs made by the terra-sphere bringing the race to the utopian society of gardenia. Most of the seraphim where apaulled at the world they saw other races dwelling together, mechanized constructs remenisent of the eidolons mechs, and their god being reduced to a mere figure head 95% of the seraphim rioted in gardenia then left to figure out how to navigate the new world.
The seraphim where rallied by yharim the newest general of the order of pneuma to rebuild the clergy of zelgius through the reclamation of zelgius's image making the overseers. The seraphim had been tormenting the world of zodia for a while during the black garden war using their light to decimate the world. These people found a new purpose in service to Solaris on the planet novalis, after the deposing of the overseers they all relocated to the hypergiant planet to serve their new god.

Through his titanic power he imprisoned the worms in the core of the gas giant planet boria hoping it's coming syzygy would wipe out the worms as well as wipe out all life on that planet for it was forseen that one of them would make a pact with the darkness. The galgalim was an immensely powerful entity that could speak to others telepathically through magnetic fields, manipulate magnetic fields, generate immense amounts of heat, fire, plasma, & light, he could even cause massive novas from his hands. All of the seraphim respected him as a ruler and a warrior unbeatable on the battlefield it was completely unbelievable that he died before the old war started. Metatron was one of the most important figures in the seraph empire since he spearheaded the technological advancement & education the empire. Arcaniel had a relationship with an unknown eidolon making her nephilim son merlin, who she taught all of her immense magical prowess to before sending him to lonefall for his own safety her tomes transferred with him. She was murdered during the grey hunt by seraphim for suspicion of breeding with the eidolon something that they didn't known for sure but did anyway burning her library with her lifeless corpse.Baraqeil, The Arc Angel Of Storms
A seraphim born with the aspect of storms during the first generation of seraphim & the father of hamon. He was a part of a team of arc angels with his friends osiris, thera, & azreal called team O.T.A.B. Through his electrical power he became a powerful ally of his people being an arc angel of storms. He was uncontested in most battles summoning lightning bolts from the sky to vaporize his enemies. As a sun seraphim he was tasked with traveling through space to find other worlds for the seraph empire to conquer, he found many other worlds up to 50 other planets that have been assimilated into the seraph empire & he only had to scorch half of them putting those races into the order of the seraphim culture. Thera is a seraphim born with the aspect of the sun, with the first generation of seraphim. She is close friends with baraqeil and azreal, the wife of osiris, & the mother of uria. As a sun seraphim she is one of the strongest types of seraphim to live being as powerful as her husband and the second strongest member of team O.T.A.B. Thera raised her daughter uria to be a powerful warrior and wanted her to join the order of pneuma but she couldn't because of gender and opted to become angels. A seraphim born with the aspect of death and was one of the first generation of seraphim to live. Azreal is the father of raviel although this lead to the death of the mother, another death seraphim the two becoming stronger and stronger over the years. He is the best friend of osiris, thera, & baraqeil being a member of team O.T.A.B. Azreal's power was alarming to his people but accepted by the eidolons as his necromancy grew stronger and stronger he gathered legions of undead born from the corpses of those his people killed in battle. After seeing the corruption of his kind and he joined forces with an eidolon named nolos the two starting the pale crisis. Who was once an untrusted member of the seraph empire became a terror to his people making an ailment that can hurt and kill seraphim turning them into undead and siphoning their souls killing his old friends baraqeil & thera. The daughter of seraphiel & uriel and the sister of micheal, gabriel, & raphael. He couldn't stand it that anael gave knowledge of spirit to the eidolons and despite her exile he followed her to kill her as exile seemed to soft to her going all the way to the forbidden icecaps. He was raised in the way of a warrior by his father becoming protective of his sister ever since his mother died in the arachnus crisis. Yharim became a relentless warrior bonded to his sister as his maiden the two winning countless battles for their kind being heralded as heroes to their people. He once trusted an arachnus but his sister sadly perished because of his betrayal leading his hatred of the arachnus he sought to exterminate the entire species for the crimes of their marauders. Yharim was ordered by seraphiel to kill his father abaddon after it was discovered that he breed with the eidolons ending his father's life spilling his blood and killing his 6 nephilim half-brothers & sisters taking his sword and shield and becoming the next leader of the order of pneuma. He worked with the eidolon zyler to assassinate seraphiel & solaris before the old war started and worked to dethrone uriel after she took charge.Nerobasta, The Maiden Of Healing
Nerobasta is the life seraphim daughter of abaddon and twin sister of yharim. She was a timid girl who always stuck by her brother and this habit became even stronger when her mom was murdered this made her want to become a maiden to aid others through healing and support being protected by her brother yharim in the heat of combat. Nerobasta was seen as one of the most beautiful seraphim to grace the battlefield with her visage, a kind & gentle soul who couldn't hurt anyone, & have healing far stronger than any other maiden. - It's believed that the seraphim have an unlimited amount of spirit in actuality they have a high amount of it but it's not infinite.
- Some think that the seraphim are never children, although they simply reach maturity after 1 year making it hard to see a seraphim as a child.
- As celestials some think the seraphim don't consume poison and alcohol but rather they consume much harder alcohol than a mortal can have.
- Some think that the seraphim are sexist and that their system is oppressing their women and while yes many of their rules are based on gender bias the system works for all involved and few female seraphim despise their roles in their society taking pleasure in the safety and strong suiters that came with it and these rules weren't born from hate they where born from love and wanting to keep their women out of danger while still being instrumental to their society.

Also called the souless folk where the other main race on Divonis. The seraphim despite being apaulled by the eidolons weak & frail bodies and their crimson eyes capable of beguiling the souless saw potential in a partnership between the races forging the grey pact bringing forth collaboration between the two races. This collaboration brought with it progression for both races the seraphim offering protection and resources while the eidolons offered knowledge and technology. The relationship between the two races became strained when seraphim began to go missing in umbronis, many other crisis occured involving the souless as well as undead, as well as the eidolons discovery of ether in photonis which they wanted but the seraphim refused to allow the mining. The final nail in the coffin was the nephilim offspring of seraphim & eidolons saw as tainted abominations that required purging causing the grey hunts killing what they thought was all nephilim. Their relationship ended when the gods of both races blamed each other for the death of their mother beconing their children to a war of annihilation.The Souless
