Panacea is a pharmaceutical corporation that focuses on aiding the commonfolk through healing medicine & cures for various illnesses. Panacea was founded by Sia Ammakir a while after the creation of the Mini Heater to aid in the "Hel Winter".
Structure
Panacea has many scientists and herbalists making and producing various medicines. While Sai controls Panacea alot of the work is delegated to his Lacrimite Sapphire. She controlled the trade, the production, and dealt with others.

Panacea is a caring corporation that works tirelessly for the betterment of others through medicine. They are made of many herbalists and scientists that work hard to make the next new medicine. They love the idea of the healing and bountiful light often abhorring the dark and dark magics. They have a deep but well hidden disdain for necromancy and undead born from their founder's disdain for the magic.

History
Panacea was founded by Sai Amikir during the Black Garden War after the "Hel Winter" when hellish cold came to cover the city in destructive death. Sometime after the founding of Panacea through the use of the zygote the corporation is named after many other medicines, the most famous being "Psycho Mend" a medicine for healing mental scars thus controlling mental conditions. They formed many other medicines that have been used to aid the people of Zodia although Panacea and the Pale Legion or rather their leaders have had some tensions but they try to avoid each other to avoid conflict.
