Blackwatch
Blackwatch is a secret organization that seeks to preserve the peace amongst mortals and has rather dark methods of keeping peace. The organization was led by a shadowy figure called "The Shade" who founded the group although the group is now led by "The Phoenix". The group is made of many shadowy people who are capable of moving through the darkness.
Structure
Blackwatch's power structure is divided into four ranks: Gloom, Tenebrous, Dusk, & Twilight.
- Gloom: The standard rank of Blackwatch made of the rank-in-file soldiers fitted with magic weapons and armor.
- Tenebrous: A higher rank than Gloom, Tenebrous are much better in combat than Glooms well versed in spirit manipulation. They often use the "Tenebrous Sigil" to blend into shadows and spy on others.
- Dusk: One of the highest ranks of Blackwatch achieved when a Tenebrous proves his skill in battle and redemption. Those who ascend to Dusk are given special weapons and armor as well as having their miracles augmented through vigor.
- Twilight: Aside from Grand Shade the rank of Twilight is given to those who prove themselves higher than the rest. The rank of Twilight can be held only by 12 members at a time and their power could be seen as beyond the level of mortals.
Culture
Blackwatch has a feeling of justice fueled by guilt and a goal for redemption as many members have committed various crimes that they seek redemption for. They are fiercely loyal & will jump at the opportunity to do any good and follow the orders of their superiors to the best of their ability. Blackwatch members are very secretive and use unique codes in their communication and special names for each other that are used exclusively.

Blackwatch has the aid of the Olgrim Dynasty although this was kept secret, through this they were given a secret base, weapons, armor, and other resources.
History
Blackwatch was founded during the Black Garden War after the perceived death of Morigan, once he reformed in an astral state he immediately sought to build an organization that purges corruption from the world. Many people, usually those who have committed sins of varying weight looking for redemption as well as secretly enlisting the aid of those who were his friends during his life. He gained many forces from the Black Fang as well as others from various groups; the group quickly became a powerful force that operated in the shadows.
From reaching out to Nelio & Saveara for their aid, to defacing his own statue to lure out Liliana to gain her aid he has used intelligence to gain much aid for his cause. Blackwatch has been involved in many endeavors during the war from the chayot in Boeotia, to the conflict in Geo with Noblesteel ect. They remain at large to this day although the founder has stepped down so the Phoenix can take over allowing the darkin to be led in a better direction.

- Morigan Aldian / The Shade: The founder and last leader of Blackwatch, the first of the Reapers to be born, able to control legions of Grimm at a time. He founded Blackwatch as a means of purging corruption out of the public's eye to do what needs to be done while avoiding public scrutiny. Morigan made the rule of secrecy and codenames that all Twilight members follow & believes that everyone can find redemption although those who refuse must be dealt with.
- Liliana Lovenote / Sister Of Light: The first lieutenant of Blackwatch and as fast as light. Liliana is the youngest daughter of the Lovenote family, a prodigy onyxian warrior who can move at light speed. Being disgusted by her Kingdom's treatment of the weak and defenseless she sought to find a better path for her people. She became a member of Blackwatch to make the world a better place for her people and grew fond of Morigan. Her loyalty to Blackwatch, Morigan, and the cause of Blackwatch was unmatched so much that no one questioned her love and devotion to the cause.
- Chione Ambyrnion / Ice Queen: Chione is a powerful cryomancer capable of sensing & absorbing heat to augment her cold sorcery. Once a selfish, cruel, & arrogant sorceress who used her powers only for her, once she lost her memories of her past she became much more benevolent and selfless. She is more than willing to lay down her life in the service of others as her former mentor wanted for her, even learning how to share her power making other sorceresses like herself.
- Cynder Ambyrnion / Phoenix: Cynder is a powerful pyromancer known to be able to superheat the land. Cynder is the youngest sister of Lyon Olgrim the second king of Gardenia although she comes from a troubled past she wishes to use her power for good. Her power is legendary being able to control the weather, superheat anything, cause explosions, use pyromancy ect. Originally a Twilight member of Blackwatch she ascended to GrandMaster once Morigan stepped down to rule over the darkin; she continues to lead the organization just as efficiently.
- Inaros Moonlight / Black Wolf: The son of two legendary lunalian huntsman Enihl & Cynthia born with the miracle of Melanokinesis the ability to manipulate and generate ink. While he was inexperienced and fearful of his power he has long since risen to be a powerful Twilight member of Blackwatch. As he makes ink into a powerful weapon to use against the enemy making tendrils, walls, and other constructs, his favorite being a wolf.
- Celia Panderghast / White Rabbit: The protege of Harmonia once captured by the Darkin during the Black Garden War she was rescued by Harmonia and taken in. Her miracle papyrokinesis the power to manipulate paper was minute at first but she eventually became very versed in the use of paper making ultra-sharp weapons, ultra-hard armor and other constructs all through the compression of paper. She is well respected with the rest of Blackwatch going from weakling to powerhouse who hides her face through a paper rabbit mask.
- Nelio Olgrim / Dr. Glass: A Twilight member of Blackwatch known for his skill in arcane magic and robotics despite his disability he has proven his skill and power. He provides alot of assets to Blackwatch from his mechs to simple financial aid. He is good at keeping Blackwatch out of trouble and keeping them updated on the plans of the Olgrim Dynasty as a way to keep both groups in the loop.
- Saveara Olgrim / Pale Witch: A Twilight member of Blackwatch known for her charisma, loyalty, and skill in necromancy and other dark magics. She was once tutored by the founder of Blackwatch becoming more skilled in magic. Her skill and loyalty to the group is unmatched as she founded the Pale Legion long ago but uses them to aid Blackwatch from time to time supplying them with new weapons and magics.
- Phantom Quartz / The Specter: A Twilight member of Blackwatch known for her unique abilities and special relationship with the Pale Witch. From being able to become intangible, decay anything with a touch, and fire blasts of Blight the Phantom has been a great asset to Blackwatch.
- Emerald Nonstron / Jewel: Jewel is a Twilight member of Blackwatch taken from the Order Of Chaos as the second daughter of Absalon. While she was malevolent in the past she has used her miracle hallucinations to aid Blackwatch seeing the error in her ways. She has been an invaluable asset to Blackwatch as a scout, spy, and assassin.
- Mercury Nonstron / Quicksilver: A powerful warrior & the twin brother of Jewel. He has prosthetic legs which double as shotguns. Quicksilver is a Twilight member of Blackwatch like his sister originally part of the Order Of Chaos as the son of Absalon. While cocky and arrogant his devotion to the group is undeniable, using his strength and skill to accomplish his task and teaching the other members martial arts.
- Wadjet / Medusa: Once allied with Sobek, now a defector from House Yor and has the power to turn things to stone with her gaze. Medusa is a Twilight member of Blackwatch originally part of a darkin raider group lead by Sobek but after her group's death she went on the run with Lioness and both eventually became part of Blackwatch. She is known for her ability to petrify others much like a gorgon. Thankful for her second chance she fights for Blackwatch with all her might, she supplys her venom to the members of Blackwatch.
- Bastet / Lioness: Lioness is a Twilight member of Blackwatch originally part of a darkin raider group lead by Sobek but after her groups death she was taken in by Blackwatch. She trains the other members of Blackwatch in stealth and archery making them even greater at their jobs.
