Seck
Seck is a wererat rogue.
After Seck was afflicted with lycanthropy, she was rejected by society and ended up living underground (literally, in the sewers).
Seck helped Veisin to establish the cult of the Rat God in an effort to make rats and lycanthropy more acceptable. However, she has become disenchanted with Veisin as he seeks to destroy society with his army of rats.
After Seck and Veisin directed their rat army to steal from patrons of Schwartz’s Tavern, Seck was arrested by the Ragman Squad. She managed to escape and is presumably living somewhere in Flint, perhaps in human form.
