plain of Oromun

A wide expanse of stone, upon which dwell the largest congregations of both humans and goblins. The plain is one of the few large places on Yull where plants can be cultivated in great numbers. The plain is made up of lagnite covered by a thin layer of sandy soil. It is named for Oromun, the first known human to discover it, though goblins colonized the area long before. The goblins did not name the plane, not bothering to distinguish it from the rest of Yull. Thus, they have adopted the human term. Oromun has very specific borders: the plain is a rectangle, with the four corners being marked by the spires. In no place does the plain's reach overextend that of the farthest spire in that direction.   Zhaldirix and Uldroth, the human and goblin capital cities, are both located on the plain.
