William Burgundy
William Burgundy is the sole CEO and head of the organization PlanetCrack on Xenoth. He is a middle aged man with brown hair and eyes, and has strong connections with the UNSC. He lives in a large mansion in the center of Installation Alpha. William is known to very possibly be a trillionaire and owns his own small personal army.

Jackson met William when civilians were first allowed onto the planet in September of 2548. William quickly started his company and grew large enough that Jackson noticed him and his company.
