The Estalian Civic Archives
Deep beneath the Sedile lies a network of caverns which host the Estalian Civic Archives. Containing the entirety of Estalia's Government records - including reports, meeting minutes, forms, communiques, and even personal notes - the archive is full of vaulted caverns packed from floor-to-ceiling with massive bookshelves.

A spinning vortex that grabs every scrap piece of paper in the Republic and drops it down here."The archive itself is as old as the city itself, having been expanded numerous times over the centuries. Even the most oriented individual can find themselves lost amongst the regimented, repeating bookcases.
