Oxos

Once a glorious polis that rivaled Ilos and Astri, Oxos has since fallen far. In times past, the Oxian people were united beneath powerful Exemplars, but are today pit against each other, unable to decide upon a single representative of their god. The city is a ghost-town at a little less than half the population it once boasted under the reign of the previous Exemplar, Gwathren (known in Elvish as I-Gwathren No i-Nen), but many have left the polis during these times. Despite the divided state of the people of Oxos, they still band together when facing a mutual threat, returning to the city of Oxos and to the mighty fleet docked there.
