Bloody Flag

The umbralwave nightclub known as "The Bloody Flag" occupies a castle-like structure in the industrial Valentine's Flag district of Eladriel. It attracts the city's younger Entulesse elves who enjoy "gothic" umbralwave music. Many are admirers of Valentine, King of Vampires, mourning how he was betrayed by the former Elf-King.

It is an open secret that vampires own and operate the club, but as long as they can keep their thirst under control, the Vindicators turn a blind eye. Despite their undead nature, many elves still feel a deep, if conflicted, gratitude for their former allies in the Shattered Moon Coalition, even as the Kingdom denied their inclusion in the Concordance for Survival.

The club itself is a sprawling structure with three levels that fuses gothic grandeur with elven magitech. The main level and open-air courtyard are dominated by a marble circular bar. It features a glowing river carved into the top. Drinks float on the river to waiting patrons who order from the Mix-o-mancers.

The Hall occupies the entire second floor. The vast dance floor is bathed in colored lights. Raised stages and floating platforms host dancers, mortal and otherwise. The décor is deliberately overwrough with skulls, chains, and pillories that hold willing participants. The best thunder prism DJs in the world can be found here.

Below it all lies the infamous, and original, Blood Bar, a velvet-draped den where the undead elite gather. Here, vampires drink artificial blood or, with consent, from the necks of the living. Killing and turning are forbidden within the walls of the "Bloody Flag of Truce". The entire establishment is considered neutral ground by all the vampire clans. It's said that more treaties are negotiated here than in the court of the Royal Palace of Ash.
