Prime Centurion
The highest rank for the Sekhaim. There are two, one each in The Brilliant Empire and in the Kingdom of Delryn.
Qualifications
A Prime Centurion will have risen through the Sekhaim ranks and be a proven warrior and leader of men. They will always have served as either Centurion or Prime Warden, though the incidence of ascension from Prime Warden to Prime Centurion directly has happened exactly once.
Appointment
The Prime Centurion has been appointed two ways - by the choice of an outgoing Prime who is retiring or knows themselves to be near death, or by vote of 2/3 or more of the Centurions in thier country. Technically, Primes appointed by an outgoing Prime must be confirmed by the Centurions, but that is generally just a formality, and an appointed Prime has not yet been removed by the Centurion body.
Responsibilities
The Prime Centurion is responsible for all of the affairs of the Sekhaim in his or her country and vassal countries. If there are practitioners of the Senarim faith outside of Delryn, the Empire, or their direct vassal states, the lines get a little blurred, with individual Sekhaim or temples choosing with whom to align.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
The Prime Centurion could, technically, be removed by unanimous vote of the Centurion Body or 3/4 vote of the entire Sekhaim body.

Equates to
A Prime Centurion leads all of the Sekhaim in their country. There is not a direct equivalent amongst other sects in the Senary, largely due to differences in organization but they would be loosely correlated to a Matriarch or Patriarch of the Neferim, a Eminent Sister or Brother of the Meretim and Mosenim, or the leader of the Shadim in the same unit.
