Lady Elroanna Valette (Bellhammer)

Anna was born in 1606 in the large slum town of Bellitine along the Stoaksland Coast in the Free Villages of the Moors. Her father was absent completely as he was a fisherman that traveled the delta in search of rare venom pike, never even knowing he had a daughter. Her mother, a cheap prostitute of Zingaro decent, was a foul mouthed woman that died of pox only a few years after Anna was birthed. This left the five year old Anna to fend for herself in the vile and diseassed streets of Bellitine at the age of only six. She became hardened and callous over the years, clinging to survival and nothing else. When she was nine and foraging on the outskirts of the town, she approached by a young and beautiful maiden. She coaxed Anna into her embrace with promise of safety, food and power, a gestrue Anna willingly accepted. Nimwei took Anna far away from any semblence of civilization to Loch Davel. There, she met two others, Kettes and Rene', Nimwei's sisters, together known as the Crippled Sisters. Quickly things changed for Anna, she became a student under the witch coven of Loch Davel. She was abused into compliance, all while learning the darkest forms of witchcraft and became quite powerful in short time. Anna was gifted but did not expect that she would ever wish to leave. Under the cover of night when Anna was 15, she poisoned Kettes and Rene' in their sleep and fled into the wilds. Running as long as she could southward, she eventually came to the border garrison in Rabbit Hollow. She applied for temporary citizenship and worked as an apothecary apprentice in Bannnermount until she was 18 and received her citizenship. She then moved to attend Andros University and completed a three year degree in occult studies. When she was 22 she then moved to Brittletown to teach at Brittletown University. She stayed to teach until 1632 when she decided to move to Hafney to settle down and take a rest for a few years. It was on this journey to Hafney that she was attacked by a dire wolf and its pack and then resuced by Sir William Korvach and Danny Riverneck. From there she felt a debt to these strangers, and partook in the events pertaining to the King of the Moors, The Faceless, the Siege of Carnwrath and events Paraxus. She later married Sir Darend Bellhammer and sired two children with him. She has lived in Arcanix with Darend and the children since 1653.
