The Sacred League of Xuanteng
The Sacred League of Xuanteng, formerly known as the Confederation of the Stars, is a republic located in the Islands of Kracon. The League was founded by the titular Xuanteng, a lung dragon and direct descendant of the Dark-born. The members of the League include shapeshifters, centaurs, merpeople, and lung dragons.
