Captain Xendros is the head of the Faithful Quarter Masters of Iuz stationed in Saltmarsh. The Faithful Quarter Masters of Iuz is a trade delegation stationed in Saltmarsh to purchase large quantities of salted fish to supply Iuz's realm. They are Iuz's foremost supplier of fish.
