Construction beginning/end

Multiple Gods, Golenna, Sul, Heisei and Lod specifically, start the creation of a prison for monsters they deem too dangerous to let roam in the world with the mortals anymore. This allows further exploration of the other continents. As the main structure is simply an indestructible bubble of time and space, it doesn't require much work, but Lod and Fex see a responsibility to the monsters and constructs a hospitable environment for them within the bubble.
