The Hearts of Christmas Historical and Preservation Society

The Hearts of Christmas Historical and Preservation Society (THCHPS) is the only organization that is tasked specifically with preserving and collecting historical records of the empire itself. As this also contains information on the population, this society gathers census records as well. This historical society specializes in many things.   The main one is to focus on the preservation of both Hearts as a symbol of Christmas Spirit in the mortal world with Christmas Spirit as the power for Santa’s Village. The second focus is the History of Christmas Valley/The Hearts of Christmas. This includes them as true, historic locations.   Lastly, it focuses is the genealogy of all beings in the Valley. All in all, this helps the wider Mystical World and students at the university to understand Christmas Magic’s place amongst Ancient Power and why we need it.   Records and Hearts of Christmas Historical Society The records of the historical society are maintained by Archivist Elves and the staff at the museum. The museum showcases objects and information from both the historical society and Collective Congress of Ancient Power.

Relationship with the Belief in All Things Christmas Spirit and Magic Museum of History and Artifacts

Many departments work closely with each other in regard to Christmas Eve. However, Belief in All Things Christmas Spirit and Magic Museum of History and Artifacts and The Hearts of Christmas Historical and Preservation Society work closely with each other in regard to Christmas Spirit.

Chartering

While historical societies originate in different ways, this one is unlike most mortal ones. The main difference is that its’ foundation is laid out by all members of Great Noel Parliament. It is overseen by the body as they view the museum and the historical society not as nonprofits but as educational organizations.

This is an interesting concept. I would like to see more about how the historical artifacts are displayed at the museum. The Historical Society isn't just about record-keeping and research - there's a public outreach element as well!
