Fairies or Faeries
Fairies are humanoid (both male and female) in appearance. Their extraordinary powers and abilities are derived from their season or element. Fairies are known to be of the elements (Water, Earth, Air, Fire). Fairies are sometimes of the seasons (Autumn, Winter, Spring, Summer) as well.
These individuals are often to be small in stature. Sometimes they are. Sometimes they’re as tall as human adults.
Fairies and Nymphs are cousins but many think they are siblings.
Fairy communities are rare. Although possible, fairy communities occur rarely as most fairies live with their deity.
Winged Flight: Fairies have the ability to fly as they have wings.
Fairy Dust: Fairies create this golden dust by just existing in nature.
Invisibility: The ability to become unseen by the naked eye. Post-2020 and Return of Ancient Power, all can see them so this power is mute.
Immortality: Fairies are gifted with the ability to live forever.
Mystical Aura/Power/Radiance: Fairies, like all in The Fae Collective, have an aura of power surrounding them. This energy also makes it known that they possess strong magical properties and are part of Ancient Power.
Magic Detection/Sense “Third-Eye View or Remote Viewing” : Through the mystical sense of second sight, fairies have the ability to detect sources from other supernatural entities and mystical items. This perception allows others to see friendlies or enemies or unknowns. They can also detect hidden places or objects as well.
Location Analysis: As a sub-ability of Magic Sense, all fairies can analyze locations for signs of magic usage and beings. They can also detect portals if they are forming or dissipating with this ability.
Omnilingualism/All-Tongue and Zoolingualism: “The Gift of Universal Translation” is to be able to speak, write, understand and communicate in any language, sign language (even lip-reading), alien languages that have never been heard before, reading body language, and backwards speech and writing with little or no training. With a subset of All-Tongue, users are able to understand the speech of animal life forms.
Telepathy “Telepathic Contact” (Master Level): All fairies are able communicate by thought-speak and they can also read minds. And lots more!
Mystical Species Bonding/Companionship: The alliance formed by mystical species and humans eventually became something much more. Those who work with Alicorns, Gryphons, Dragons, Unicorns and many others understand them and care for them like family. Those who want to pull carriages, coaches, wagons, or sleighs do.
Portal Creation “Portal Generation/Materialization, Interdimensional Gateway, and Wormhole Creation/Generation” : The fairies has the ability to create portals to use on Earth.
Portal Negation/Destruction: Fairies have the ability to close portals.
Earth Purification: Nature Fairies can purify the land rendering it safe for life and habitation for the purpose of farming or construction. Seasonal Fairies then can help grow crops.
Trees and Plants Manipulation: Known as Botanical Control/Manipulation or Flora Manipulation, Nature and Season Fairies can awaken these from their sleep and cause them to grow and add leaves or blossom with flowers. Basically, this power helps to change Nature into a warm environment for Humans and animals to thrive in.
Rain and Wind Generation: Seasonal Fairies (Mostly Autumn and Spring) have the ability to bring rain and wind to create good weather and the rain helps the crops to grow.
Winter Weather Generation: Winter Fairies bring snow and winter storms. In this time, trees and plants bulk up on the soil's nutrients and water so they will have enough energy to grow buds for new leaves and flowers in the spring.
