Chef Jackson Peppermint

Born in 1500 AD, he was the third and last child of Elizabeth Terilynn and Jacob Bruce Peppermint.   Jackson grew up doing two similar things; Cooking and Hiking/Camping. As a child, he was often found either in his mother's kitchen or in Kringle Dining Halls and Kitchens learning about food or he was around the woods with his friends.   He knew about Mother Gaia from Elf School and later Institute for Merriness Studies so he would bring back the branches and dead trees he cut. Having been also around the Forest Preserver with the North Pole Department of Forestry and his mother, he knew about this kind of stuff.   It was after graduating from Merriness Studies, he chose to work as a cook under the tutelage of Mrs. Gertrude Claus and the cooks in Kringle Dining Halls and Kitchens.   At the age of 180, he had soaked all the knowledge he could. By 2000 (Age 500), he'd mastered hundreds if not thousands of global recipes. And gained much from the ten years with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and also ten years with the U.S. Department of Agriculture-Forest Services Divison/Agency.   It was Nicholas, Gertrude, and Baxter who wanted him to then come home and be the Nutrition Services Manager for the whole village. Also, the family had missed him after his travels.   Jackson came home to find himself, High Chef of North Pole Valley, and with many hugs from his family.
