Ochil

Ochil is a small region, and thus, only has one large city, Magdrift in the middle of the plains that surround it. Out of all the regions on Ebenen, Ochil is the most tame, and as such, only provides mountains for mining efforts. Even so, this Merchant republic boasts a staggering economy, due to its use of airships.
