Rumors have long swirled around the extended family descended from the Dowager Empress’s sister, Rhyzova. Her husband Rugov, who was never seen at court, was said to have been a bestial man (quite literally). It was never discovered what his exact heritage was, and the servants of Rhyzova are loyal to a fault and never reveal their masters' secrets. All that is known is that Rhyzova’s children and grandchildren almost all have an obvious non-human nature. Large, curling horns, long pointed, almost cow or goat-like ears, unusual gold eyes, and occasionally, a goat-like tail.
