Colin Brisley
The circumstances of Colin becoming a magister of the Flesh Market district is one that is quite mysterious. By all accounts his run should have been disastrous as Colin is well known to anybody who has been conned in the district. Running a myriad of schemes from shell games, cards, dice, and even the occasional instance of pickpocketing. When he wasn't running more traditional cons he could be found selling merchandise of questionable origins or snake oil like products. Despite his unsavory origins it's quite hard for most of the residents in the district to stay angry at him. Colin is extremely charismatic and known as a smooth talker that could talk a Tabaxi out of its fur. His skills at orating are what helped lead him to a successful run with him promising his days of cons and lies were far behind him and that to prove he had turned a new leaf he wanted to improve the district the only way he knew how, by running for Magister. Many don't believe Colin has given up his con artist ways but it may just be that knowledge that helped secure him the win. If anybody can convince a panel of other Magisters that the Flesh Market needs funds or special treatment above the other Magisters own districts it's Colin Brisley.
