Races of Kaigara

Originally, only the gods and magical creatures lived on Kaigara, but when the time barrier broke, Humans came rushing in to settle the new land. Both Kitsune and the Fateborn emerged from the human population. One caused by the death of a god, the other created when the gods choose a champion to return from the afterlife. The Kotetsu were built as soldiers for the Transcendent War, but gained their freewill as they became more advanced. Since the end of the war, other races have come to Kaigara, either to stay or to visit, but in smaller numbers. Humans remain the predominant race.
