The Archmagys of the council is the ruler of the kingdom in title, but the council itself rules over the archduchy.
The Prime Eshevix, is the premier general of the kingdom and oversees military organization, and only answers to the council.
The Magy function as govenrment officials and answer to the council, their organization is separate from the military
The Golden legion serves under the Prime, and follow those orders above all others save the council itself
The merchant lords are beholden to the Magy, and often serve within the military, but below the Golden legion
