Kren Aurdel
Ren
"I have a gift for you, Vyerin. This is a legendary dragon dagger known as the Kren Aurdel. I have carried this dagger from the Olimian Desert to the frozen Northern Lands and have used it in more fights than you can imagine. It is yours now."The Kren Aurdel is a Heavy Bronze Dagger. It was first carried by a woman named Renelle Vernandor, who appeared with it after disappearing for over a year. She says the dagger was from the secret realm of Feylisa, given to her by a Therian, a Dragonfolk named Ithonida. After returning to Cassel, Ren entered multiple knightly tournaments and won most of them while using this dagger. Even after she was promoted to higher ranks in the military and was presented with increasingly ornate and powerful magic swords, Ren always kept the Kren Aurdel close, as a reminder of when she found herself.
Some time after Vyerin ran away, Ren found the kid in Rinea, but was unable to convince Vyerin to return to Cassel. Ren then gifted Vyerin her most prized possession, the Kren Aurdel, in the hopes that Vyerin would find purpose someday. Vyerin carried the dagger since then.
Description
The Kren Aurdel is a heavy unwieldy weapon, made almost entirely of gilded bronze, set with a Ruby Crystal used to hold the magic enchantments. The softer bronze stands no chance against the steel weapons of the age if the two metals met directly. If it weren't for the enchantments, the dagger wouldn't actually be good for much of anything.
Because the Kren Aurdel is made of Bronze, it is able to effectively channel magic from the user, and is able to partially negate magic attacks coming at it. This isn't due to an enchantment but to the elemental composition of the weapon itself. Originally, the weapon had gold plating covering the blade as well as the handle, but the blade is now entirely gold free.
Abilities
The Attractor enchantment is especially useful because it will pull harmful attacks towards it rather than the user, as if it were a magnet. All the user has to do is hold the weapon in front of them, and no Archer will be able to hit them from the front. While neither Ren or Vyerin have tried, this could theoretically apply to bullets as well. The user has to be a little more adept with dagger play if they are fighting in melee, but it does an excellent job of assisting the user in parrying attacks.
The other enchantment in the blade is a shock absorber, which will redirect the shock of whatever hits it. If someone were to hit the dagger with a longsword, they may be temporarily knocked off balance from the recoil effect. The enchantment does have limitations. It isn't possible to fully block the attack of a greatsword or a hammer. The resulting clash of magical energy will cause the blade to weaken slightly, creating a small crack. Ren and Vyerin haven't blocked many large attackes like this, but the wear and tear does show on the blade.

On the name...
Kren Aurdel is a one of a kind name for a one of a kind dagger...at least on the surface world of Vreathe. Deep underground in the secret Realm of Feylisa, land of Dragons, these daggers are considerably more common and are carried by high ranking members of society, usually by priests and brood mothers.Kren and Aurdel are Therian words that simply translates to Dagger and Gilded.

WOOOOO!!!!! So glad to see a fellow Blender user! I need to dust my copy off I'm getting a bit rusty with everything going on but most of the time I draw 2d anywho
Thanks! I've been using Blender seriously for only about 2 weeks now but I am getting absorbed into it, much more than I ever was just drawing in 2D (I do that too when I need to) My goal is to get rid of all the AI art on my world in the next few years. I relied on it way too much for too long and professionally it's a dead end if I ever monetize my work. I'm hoping Blender will help me with that. For now though I'm modeling weapons I've already drawn in the past, just trying to figure things out.
It is pricey and I would recommend keeping your eyes open for a sale, but you should look into 3dCoat. I haven't messed around with it too much but its EXTREMELY powerful and versatile, and they do regular yearly updates and have tons of PBR textures available for free. I've only ever used it a few times for WA specific projects and I really need to sit down and spend more time with it but its well worth the investment its a perpetual license with discounts on upgrades if a new version drops and can do just about anything except for maybe animation? but you can do poly modeling, voxel sculpting, vtex painting, and retopo. I'm old enough to remember when you had to manually unfold your model then paint the texture then reimport the map and do a UV wrap but things have come soooooo far these days. I used it to make a 3d model of a murder crab for Firo and he liked it so much he printed 4 copies. but here I was thinking the 3d print would be the size of my fist and it was like the size of 4 keyboard keys....
