The Phoenix Six found Wilbur's contact and escaped the headquarters, though they were unable to steal the working Bags of Holding  

Exploring the Guildhall

After Tikvah was rebuffed by the guards, Sandy explored the basement alone. It ended up being a supply room of little note, except for the back wall, which indicated the existance of another room towards the center of the headquarters. Tana went to the library and read up on the local culture and religious texts about Hermes, the patron god of the Messenger's Guild. Some members of the party later travelled upstairs and learned that access to the mail room was tightly controlled during the conference.  

Cough Cough

Nyssa, and later Tikvah, went to the on-site hospital. The Tabaxi Monks who served as nurses were treating two groups of people, one from the dread city Nekrosa and the other from the cloud city of Huaba. The illness was characterized by general weakness, coughing up black soot, and resistance to magical treatment.  

Night Heist

With this information, the party decided to wait until night to explore the rest of the basement. They snuck into the kitchen and down into the wine cellar, where a secret door led to a hidden chamber between the wine cellar and storage basement. There, they found Fizrak guarded by a number of guild members, who they quickly dispatched. The party followed an escaping guild member to a secret trap door in the central garden, then escaped using their usual combination of flight and Bags of Holding.
