SM21 - The Final Page
General Summary
The Phoenix Five learn new information from The Anchored and defeat the mortal projection of The Wanderer.
Walking on Clouds
The party made preparations to read the last page of the book, correctly anticipating that the page would summon something aggressive. However, continuing the trend of increasing power, the last page summoned the avatars of both The Anchored and The Wanderer. Though the magic circle was effective at first, it was interrupted by a planar rift that opened in the dense cloud it was drawn on, which allowed The Wanderer's form to escape and attack Sandy, Tana, and Louisa.Upside Down & Inside Out
While the fight raged above, The Anchored spoke to Nyssa, Tikvah, and Pemma Harrody, each one at a time. Tikvah, then later Nyssa both eventually shared what they learned with the party, but Pemma did not, seeming deeply bothered by what she learned.Forces Combined
The Anchored used her power to close the planar rift, bringing herself and everyone else who was trapped on the Shadowfell side back to Huaba. By then, The Wanderer's avatar was already significantly weakened, and once he was knocked unconscious, The Anchored dragged him back to the Shadowfell.Date: 28 Sarasede, Morning

A grey wave of energy shoots out from the book, knocking everyone off of their feet. Sandy and Tana, you quickly scramble to your feet but can’t immediately see Tikvah or Nyssa. When you look down, however, the cloud below you has transformed into a flat, clear area like still water. You can see your friends standing mirrored below you, as if gravity was reversed for them. Though you are now surrounded by darkness, they seem to be in the same place you last were, now joined by a glowing white figure that Tana would recognize as The Anchored. Directly below The Anchored, a familiar black hooded figure looms, its form emanating from the black book like smoke from a fire.
