River of Life
Far under the surface of the Dustbowl Desert is a large river. This river provides water for the The Dustbowl citizens and is the source of the scant few oases in the desert. The water is quite pure and requires no filtration. The Barrens (inhabitants of the Dustbowl) have made many wells so that they can draw water. Piping also draws water straight to people's houses and is used in plumbing.

No creatures are known to live in the river, and no plants live in the water that have been discovered.
