Kikullu - Godess of Spiders
The legend of Kikullu transcends across all the realms, a celestial mother who gave life to the earliest of arachnids and helped weave a world where they could thrive. The Godess of Spiders is one that is not of this realm, ancient stories speak of her being from a cursed land where monsters thrive. While the mysteries of who she was and where she is now are clouded, there is a hope from her devoted followers that she will one day return to her children in their hour of need.
Surviving texts passed down from generation to generation name the home of Kikullu to be the realm of monsters. One of the first ancient beasts who paved way for her children of silk to be free. The texts say she weaved palaces to keep them safe, gave them the gift of silk so they could hunt with ease and taught them patience is a virtue. With her rule, spider kind flourished for centuries until the arrival of invasive species. The realm of monsters hit a new age and more and more creatures rose to power. Hybrids like vampires and werewolves craved power, hunters who were blood thirsty and cursed abominations who sought to overthrow the gods. The pantheon of ancient beasts saw these invaders taking over their lands, some chose to stay and fight, while others like Kikullu fled. The Godess took as many eggs as she could and fled across the realms, hoping to find a new and safe place for her kin. Everywhere she went, she left behind a collection of eggs so that her children could live. Travelling to the realms of insects, human, magic and more. Some say she is still wondering to this day, others believe she died in the process of spreading her children out into the realms. And a few devoted followers believe that the Godess will one day return to reclaim her children, taking them back to the realm of monsters so they can live in peace once more.

Slate's Internal Thoughts
I had not considered a pantheon besides my own. It would make sense that celestials would create life whereever they went, not just my home. Perhaps they are all one in the same? Although I do not suspect the ones who gave me life have eight legs and can produce silk. If they could though, why am I not given such a gift? It would be rather useful. To have a natural material ready in the palm of your hand, like the clay that makes up my body. I wonder if there are others like me wondering the realms? Made of raw materials fulfilling the purpose of the gods? But ones not of my realm, instead a creature made of silk or twine. Roots and branches brought to life. It would certainly be achievable.
