The Iron Falcon Company
The deployed battalion is currently deployed to Sorazos, and has had major action in all the Aikall operations. This battalion is made up of ten companies of foot, a field battery, a cavalry squadron, plus the staff attache.

Manpower
10 Companies - each composing of 250 men led by a captain and split into 5 squads led by a lieutenant
Squad - 50 man strong, while composition varies, these are typically split in two types, sword groups wherein each man is armed with sword and shield, or musket groups, wherein 10 men are armed with pikes and the remaining 40 are armed with muskets
Equipment
all members that survive training gain a token of Iron wrought in the shape of a falcon.
With the addition of an artillery regiment
Weaponry
Standard formation equipment is a mix of swords, pikes and muskets. All forces are trained in each discipline, however most specialize, depending on their combat experience.
Typical artillery attachments are a series of 4 to 10 pounders, for heightened mobility. Armament for these include grape shot for jungle clearing and scorcher rounds for burn and clear operations.
Structure
Each company is led by a captain, and the total mix of companies is split into three divisions commanded by a major. The majors and the siege engineer in command of the adjunct units answer to the commandant of the battalion, a direct member of The Falx Family.
