Small Elves

Ever since their origin, the small elves have found the other elves to be far too serious for their liking, instead taking to revelry and enjoyment of life. Often living alongside other elves while they created their civilizations, it is said that the small elves helped to make the elves happier and taught them about music, feasting, dancing, and generally how to enjoy life and have a good time. As such, the elves, particularly the Hill Elves of The Kingdom of Savassan have lived alongside small elves for most of their history, and the society of the Kingdom of Savassan would not be the same without the contributions of both groups. Small elves are often considered the cultural leaders of the Kingdom, while elves are the political rulers.
