Elves

Elves are the most ancient sentient species of Vhakatshu. Having been around for millennia and more, they have a rich history and a deep connection to the natural world, often feeling most at home within the environment their race is attuned to. Within other environments, elves often feel discomfort or longing for home. Elves occupy nearly every environment but often don't get along with other races of elves.

Growth Rate & Stages

Elves reach physical maturity around the same time as most other races, but most elven cultures consider adulthood to be a spiritual or metaphysical milestone rather than something physical. Depending on the culture, this can occur anywhere between 50 and 200 years of age. Elves typically live for about 700 years.
