The Pearl of the System

  When Earth's Engineers looked at Venus they saw a planet with a crushing Atmosphere, Scorching Temperatures and no Magnetosphere to protect it from the Sun. Hell is one term used. But the Terraformers were almost certain that they not only can but should turn this world into all Earth never was. 
2505 is when the first Steps were taking to turn it into a Beautiful Habitat for all of Humanity. 
Zero-G Construction of the Magnet Shielding Started in Space, while on Venus itself the Atmosphere was started to be changed, Cooled first. Then with all the CO2 getting Stored and a new Atmosphere established and Closely monitored as the Temperature of the Planet gets Raised. 
by 2512 the Basic Conditions were met. a World with slightly Tropical Atmosphere across the World, Stable and Comfortable for Humans to roam the Surface.
The True Marvel is what happened after. Bio-Engineers Started Establishing a Flora. Carefully setting it up to create a Stable System but also focusing on Safety for Humans who might be settling Venus. By the time the Fauna was Introduced Venus was a Lush Forested world with Beautiful Beaches and Incredible Water. 
By 2555, 50 Years after Project Begin Venus was "Finished" and the first Settlements were established. the Decree was "Minimal Impact on the Planet." and this translated in only a very few spots being Open for Mass Tourism while the rest of the Surface was to have only 1-2% be Built up. This results in, besides the Touristic Spots, to be Inhabitied by only the Rich and Powerful. Their own Retreat in Heaven. 
But the Peasants and less Fortunate of the World dont need to fret, Paradise Station, Just over Venus is a Big Tourist Stay with Guided Tours and Shuttles to go down and admire or camp on Humanities Garden Eden.
