Tasyset

Once a city of Beautiful city famed for its vineyards and artistic pursuits, it has since become a hotspot of hedonistic chaos after the dragon war started.
 

Loss of a people

Like most of the cities in the desert Tasyset was once ruled over and populated by the desert elves and like the other desert cities it was claimed by dragons at the start of the war. The city of Tasyset was claimed but suffered heavily compared to others, the once beautiful city was quickly twisted and corrupted, once beautiful sandstone building have become stained with ash, areas have become filled with acid and poisons and the former citizens have become slaves.  

  Class Structure

Even among the chromatic dragon cities, Tasyset has one of the worst differences of class. The cities slums are massive and matched only by the slave pens while the elite of the city will watch from grand spires,   - Lowest class - Includes slaves of non draconic origin, members of this class will struggle to find homes even in the slums. The best they can hope for is someone to purchase them and give them a home.   - Slave Class - Slaves of draconic origin, the majority of this class is filled with Kobolds. They tend to be used as fodder during conflicts  

Common class - Non citizen residents. Most of these are non-black scaled draconic species and certain humanoid groups

Citizens - Black scaled draconics and soldiers no longer able to fight. Many members of this class are able to partake in the hedonistic ways of the city, it's extremely common for this class to have a number of slaves for a variety of reasons.

Army - Made up of those that have joined the army in non fodder roles, these soldiers are treated with respect after a victory or disdain after a loss. Depending on a soldiers rank they spend time with citizens or even the rulers.

Noble - Members selected by the ruler and surrounded by the most extreme of excess.
