King/Your Majesty Balaur Francois Pilatnomu
The current king of Prateria, second of his name to take the throne, succeeding his father's sudden passing due to illness in the year 1821. Many of the citizens and members of the Court doubted him due to his age, but King Pilatnomu has since proven his capability and capacity to care for his people, becoming beloved by all.
Some of his accomplishments include brokering international dealings which have improved the economy, improving several parts of Silverkeep's infrastructure which includes the addition of several parks and beautification efforts as well as the public transit systems, and implementing ''road patrols'' which have drastically decreased bandit activity in the region.
He personally oversees the middle section of Prateria, while leaving the northern and southern pats of the region to Duke Gerrig Silverhand and Duchess Ennah Ama'Kiir, respectively. He prefers a forgiving but strict stance on crime, but he lets Silverhand and Ama'Kiir dictate the majority of law in their territory.
He rules alongside his wife, Xianti, and together they have a teenage son, Balaum. His quite pleasant and caring wife prefers spending the day with her ladies-in-waiting around the Golden District, while Prince Balaum is rarely seen and is known to have somewhat of a spoiled, nasty attitude.
