San Harken Is a harbor city the is the trade center for this part of the world. Ships from everywhere bring goods here to trade. It is a real mix of all the people on the planet. The city is basically owned by the Empire Bank and so run by the board of directors of the bank. The bank has a security force that work as the police for the city as well.   San harken it the trading hub for the planet. The best place in the world to find good and services that you can’t get at home. This city is all about money. Spending money and making money. Travelers are always coming and going. Ship by sea and the occasional air ship as well.   The city is separated into three zones. Only the wealthy have access to zone one. Zone 2 is for people who are well to do but not exactly rich. Zone 3 is for peasants and poor travelers.   The empire bank employs the police force. They are almost not existent in zone 3, but there preseasons is quickly felt and soon as you enter zone 2. You must have proper id to enter the nicer part of the city.   Empire Bank     The market avenue in San Harken is one of the most amazing places there is in Vendar. Street venders selling food and home made wears. Stores of every kind sell all manner of things. Taverns and brothels. Gambling houses. Everything you could imagine.   Walking down Market Avenue in San Harken would be a sensory overload, with vendors selling a vast array of goods and services. The smells of exotic spices and sizzling meats would waft through the air, while the sounds of haggling merchants and the buzz of the crowds would fill your ears.   The street vendors would be selling everything from handmade jewelry and clothing to rare and exotic spices, teas, and fruits.
