Kas Core The entire city is a feat of engineering. In the center aqueducts bring French water from the river on now side of the city. On the other side the aqueducts bring hot lava. They meet and create a tremendous amount energy in the form of steam. That steam is the used for a gigantic power hammer. It is a magnificent sight to see it at work, but it is so loud. When it is ponding on the hardest of ores you have feel the vibrations all through the city like a heart beat. The workers have exosuits that give them extra strength and reach for doing with the power hammer. It takes four of them in these suits to properly work and process the ore. It is one of the hardest in terms of skill needed and poetical for accident and also one of the most coveted. The workers who use the suits to process ore with the power hammer are celebrities in Kas Core. Working that job is to be consider the hight of ones career.   Everyone here is very work oriented. They all work together and take pride in the things that they create. The city is divided into factions or unions of the main work forces.   Miners Farmers Worker engineers Military Crafters   The Royal line has been held for as long as there are records. Never has there been any question about the line of succession.   The royal family lives on the bottom layer of Kas Core along with the vault. The royal guard have a station here.   Next is the living quarters where everyone has a small home cut out of the stone like apartment buildings. The basic schools are here as well. Once a child is old enuff they learn from the unions try each one for a time before deciding where they want to be. People do change Unions from time to time. Most, find one the like and stick with it.   The middle floor has the mining head quarters and multiple tunnels heading to different mines. A tram system takes miners to their dig sites and bring them bake with the ore from the day.   The next floor is where farms are. Cultivating a bioluminescent fungus they are able to grow foods underground. Union houses can be found here as well. The ceilings on this level are bright and colorful the fungus ives off a bluish light that is dim. The dwarves have found plants that do great under this light and produce bountiful harvests year round.   The top floor where the above ground entrance is. The community area. You can find taverns and shops and all the normal town things. Many crafters have workshops here. The great hall is where they have large gatherings normally attended by the Royal family. During such celebrations they pound the power hammer in rhythm to drums making everyone feel the vibrations.   This is also where the military union has its head quarters. They watch the entrance and are responsible for the royal guard. They also have a garrison in stonewash
