The High Concepts
The mother deities, or the High Concepts, are the creators of the entire universe, as well as the other concepts. They embody Life and Death.
The Concepts have five all powerful beings that embody certain concepts such as Love, Magic, Light, Darkness, and Time. People aren't aware of where the concepts originated from.
The mother deities, or the High Concepts, are the creators of the entire universe, as well as the other concepts. They embody Life and Death.
- Vareia (Va-ray-a) is the concept of life and nature. She and Aokaine came together to birthed the rest of the concepts, and embodies one half of the universe.
- Aokaine (A-o-cay-n) is the concept of death and decay. She and Vareia came together to birthed the rest of the concepts, and embodies one half of the universe.
The Concepts have five all powerful beings that embody certain concepts such as Love, Magic, Light, Darkness, and Time. People aren't aware of where the concepts originated from.
- Baela (Bay-law) is the concept of love and emotion. They were created from the love of the High Concepts, and brought emotions to their creators, as well as the other concepts. They cannot experience emotions, so they experience it through others.
- Occoli (Oh-col-ee) is the concept of magic. They were created as the High Concepts sparked the universe to life, and brought the initial power of magic into existence. They cannot use the magic they created themselves, so they live through the other sparks of others using magic.
- Rilac (rha-ee-lack) is the concept of light and fire. They were created as the High Concepts wished to be able to see each other, and brought light to the entire universe. In turn they created their twin, Dowon. Rilac cannot see and instead "sees" through the mental image of others.
- Dowon (daw-won) is the concept of darkness and dreams. They were created as the High Concepts created Rilac, as with light comes darkness. Dark does not need light to exist, however, every time light shines darkness appears. Dowon sees everything, but cannot comprehend any of it, and instead lives through sending dreams to their followers.
- Sealde is the concept of time. They were created through the physical touch of the high concepts, and brought time and progression to the universe. They, however, can never be in the time stream and can only watch.
Mythology & Lore

“Vareia and Aokaine our mothers two
From their spark the universe grew.
Before their love there was naught
But, in five days time all would be arrought.
Their first spark flew, and magic sprout
From their arrival Occoli shout.
The universe filled, love and delight,
The first day came a new power to ignite.
From their simple touch birthed time
Sealde’s life flowed, the sea of sublime.
The universe filled, love and delight
The second day came a new power to ignite.
The mothers sought to bask in each other
And instead of mourn they mothered another.
Rilac burst the universe alight
But with day must come the night
The universe filled, love and delight
The third day came a new power to ignite.
From Rilac’s light, darkness was made
Dowon’s lightless crusade.
The universe filled, love and delight,
The fourth day came a new power to ignite.
The mother’s feeling, so full and so warm
From their love a new power swarm.
Baela, so open and free,
Emotion born like the untamed sea.
The universe filled, love and delight,
The fifth day came a new power to ignite.
And with that the pact was sworn
The concepts awakened, and the universe born.
The sixth day came and the seventh and the eighth.
For life had begun, and so had our faith.”
