Dowon
Dowon (daw-won) is the concept of darkness and dreams. They were created as the High Concepts created Rilac, as with light comes darkness. Dark does not need light to exist, however, every time light shines darkness appears. Dowon sees everything, but cannot comprehend any of it, and instead lives through sending dreams to their followers.
