The current king and Silverhand Scion is Victor Horst IV, a man of middling years and middling talents. The whispers at court tell of his lack of focus, and the regular folk of Barrow gossip about his shortcomings, but rarely in clear view. Unsure of himself, and desperate to appear strong, dissenters are quickly dealt with by Victor and his council.
