Lastly we have Alts, which are golden coins with an engraving of the palace and flag. An Alt has twice as much buying power as a Tos, and can supply you will food on a budget for a couple days.Legislation
Legislation is mainly written by the district representatives, who are elected every 3 years. Laws can also be written by the average person, which can be presented to the senate after an overview. These laws need over 50% of the vote before they are presented to the minister for a final say. After legislation is passed, it will be printed in newspapers and if important enough, there will be a speech explaining the new law.Judical

The Deep, although dangerous, gives anyone who braves it trade regarding the flora and fauna that lurk there. Southern Vinceret also uses its fields for agriculture, then sending it up north for intercontinental trade. Vinceret uses its north ports to connect it to the rest of the world.Structure
Vinceret has a people led government, especially after the revolution. There is the senate, where people are elected by each district. There are 20 senate positions with the tiebreaker being a vote from 5 citizens of Vinceret. The senate votes on laws before they go the King or Minister.
The Monarch is a inherently flawed position, but they get voted on by the people. When the current leader dies, the heir has a election take place. If over 50% of the people want take ruler in power, then a coronation takes place, otherwise the heir steps down and each district sends someone to compete for a new spot as monarch. Whoever wins that election will start a new royal family.
In mentioning the King, you must mention the minister. This is a similar system to electing a minster in Mutare. The King will find someone who they deem fit for minister status, then have them present to the senate. If the senate accepts the trainee, they will go through a public trial and election, which if they win, they will replace they old minister. Ministers typically last for over ten years, as they are often friends with the ruler. A similar system to this was in place before the revolution, although elections were rarely fair.
