Three-Sided Building
A separate, free-standing, two-story edifice composed of a left wing for special guests, a central wing reserved for attaches to a visiting speaker and a right wing for the lord's harem.
A standard apartment is composed of three rooms, with the study room being connected directly to the hallway and leads into the bedroom which then leads to the washing area.
Hide Door
A wooden frame that pivotes from sockets at the top and bottom of the door way with a varnished hide streched over the corners.
Secret Corridors
It is speculated that there is a hidden underground walkway to the annex's right wing from the main
palace.
Wall Sconces
Beeswax candles are stuck near entrance doors to the bedroom and study so as to light the night as well.
Tlacótli
One slave is assigned to attend to six of the single room occupants in the left wing.
Harem Women
By rights as an accomplished warrior, the Narin Lord keeps his unwedded women in the right wing.
Study Room
A low table and cushioned chair sit under a window opening.
There is a lava-rock brazier at the room center accompanied with logs and extra candles.
Sleeping Chamber
A raised platform stacked with thick quilts and stuffed with down feathers serves as a luxurious bed.
Water Closet
A receptacle is fixed to the floor to collect summoned water from a shaped pipe that juts from the wall and eventually drain into a depression on the tiled floor.
Polished Tezcalt
A rare reflective crystal used as a mirror.
The foamy red drink is as widely available as water.
