Beholder is the leader title of the Adunain Beholdement. It is given to whoever is on The Council. They are like a group of kings who decide on laws and have the people vote on them. They usually have individual sub-ranks within their ranks such as Beholder of Finances, or the Beholder of Armaments. They have their own jobs and often attempt to pass laws that pertain to what they do.
