Feathered Sirens

Your good old sirens (the fish ones, not the bird ones) but with a bunch of feathers in the humanoid part.

They are mute and thus won't drag people with songs.

They can be mostly seen under the moonlight, specially full moon and barely when new moon.

Believed to be descendants from the harpy and the siren of the myth of Vadiases origin.
