They revere Frostmother Jorväna, a mythical goddess said to have blessed the Cerulite-rich mountains. Cerulean Steel is considered a sacred material, and Vinterhaven’s elite knights wield it exclusively. Government: Ruled by Queen Sigrid the Unyielding, Vinterhaven’s monarchy is deeply intertwined with the Frosted Concord, ensuring tight control over Cerulite trade.
