Lartaran is an incubus who haunts the night of Kesh'Astrana and sometimes looks in on his favorite faux blacksmith, Thrukurd Barrelchin. He likes Thrukurd's singing voice, but he doesn't often get to hear it due to Thrukurd's double identity as The Cobalt Forge's blacksmith.
