United Earth Congress
The Legislative body in The United Earth Assembly that represents and governs the Core Administration of Earth, Luna, and Mars. Its members are elected from Electoral Blocs determined by population.
From its own membership the Congress elects the Chancellor of the Union, who acts as the head of state and government for the Union of Earth and her Colonies.
