Cynian
The Cynian species evolved on the planet cold planet Avenos. They are avian in heritage, though they do not posess the ability to fly, they still retain a feather covered body.

Social Structure
They live in familial structures generally with mothers and fathers raising their children, who are born from eggs that take 8 months to hatch. Their young generally do not leave their homes until they reach 17 years of age.

The Avenos Coalition of Nations is the main politcal body representing Cynians in the Ahmyno System. They still maintain nation states below the international level, but these do not have much power beyond some internal legislation.
