Prison of Rage

A deep anger waits inside you; at the slightest knock to your body or pride the vessel that keeps it might break; realising a monster that must be saited
Upon taking any damage greater than your tier, being significantly insulted, losing something a game with stakes or losing something important to you; You must succeed a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or become enraged. While enraged you must deal damage to something each turn for 1d6 turns or fall unconscious for 1d6 minutes.   If you become enraged more than once before taking a long rest; You will take a point of exhaustion each time until you complete a long rest.   You may stack rages from this feature though this will result in a rapid accumulation of exhaustion.  
The innate anger inside Neeps has led some of their number in need of sleep to bring themselves to an anger they cannot unleash in order to help them get to bed.

Neep Horns

You are endowed with powerful horns, a sign of your strength and a power tool in combat. | Upon character creation, pick one of the following options:

Pointed Horns

As a bonus action, you may make an attack with your horns. To do so you must move at least 10ft. in a straight line towards the target directly before taking this action. Upon hitting deal 1d8+str mod piercing damage to the target. In addition, you may make a free grapple against the target as part of this action. However, due to your magnificent horns creatures have advantage when attempting to grapple you.

Round horns

As a bonus action, you may make an attack with your horns. To do so you must move at least 20ft. in a straight line towards the target directly before taking this action upon hitting deal 1d4+str mod bludgeoning damage to the target. The target must then succeed a dc 8+proficeny+str mod constitution save or be knocked prone.

Nub Horns

As a bonus action, you may make an attack with your horns. Upon hitting deal 1+str mod bludgeoning damage to the target. You are far better at controlling your aggression than other Neeps and gain advantage on wisdom saves against compulsions to take aggressive actions.  

Wooly

You have a certain amount of wool at your disposal. By default, you have 4 units of wool plus an amount equal to your constitution modifier. You regain 1 unit of wool every week. While you have atleat half of your wool remaining, you gain advantage against most weather effects.   This wool can be harvested by yourself or others.   Taking critical fire, lightning or necrotic damage will cause you to lose one unit of wool.

Naturaly Hardy

You start each day with a pool of temporary hitpoints equal to your level.

Baarbarian

When enraged you gain your tier in bonus to damage roles and a damage soke that recharges at the start of your turn. However, any role you make to avoid going into a rage has its DC increased by 4.

Focused Aggression

You have learned to channel your range.
Once-per-combat, per-tier, you may expend your movement that turn, to make one additional attack action.

Neepish Nimbleness

Your small size makes you no less mighty and instead allows you to run circles around those who may fight you.
By expending a bonus action, you can avoid provoking attacks of opportunity against you from any opponent at least one size larger than you.

Fear to Anger

Whenever you fail a save against fear or any fear-based effect; You may instead negate these effects and go into a rage.
Or

A Close Shave

Once-per-combat you may completely avoid an attack that would have otherwise hit you at the cost of one unit of your wool.
